Got my first mystery shop!

I'm pretty excited. I am going to be doing 7 quick service restaurants at the airport.

The company uses the SASSIE system, which I am not familiar with, anyone know about it?

Also they said I had to ask a question about the menu at each place, but some of them I am stumped. A coffee/donut shop? What would I ask about the menu?

Also do you have any tips? I am looking forward to this but a little nervous as I don't know what it will be like.

Hmm, maybe ask if you can substitute a hot chocolate for coffee in a combo, or ask how big a "medium" is? Ask for nutrional information? That's not really a question about the menu, unless the menu says that the info is available on request.

You could ask if they have a large print menu or a menu in braille. Most places don't have those, that would throw them off.

Take good notes gf and or a concealed tape recorder.
As for questions think: Nutrition info, special orders, ingredients you may be allergic to?
