Okay...so it's not my original recipe, I did get it from someone else, but man oh man this stuff is good (and easy to make too).
All you need is:
2 cans of chopped spinach (drained) or 10oz frozen chopped spinach (drained)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 tablespoon butter
shredded mozzerella cheese
garlic salt (or regular salt) to taste
Just empty the spinach, mushroom soup, and butter into a sauce pan. Heat until mixture is hot stirring constantly. Add the cheese and stir until melted (unless you'd just like it melted on top). Finally add the (garlic) salt until you approve of the taste.
This is soooo yummy, DH thought he liked Boston Market creamed spinach until he tried this!
