Question Best Tub Cleaner or Ideas....

What do you use to get the tub clean? Some of the products I use, you spray them on, but it just leaves streaks going down the sides no matter if I scrub or not! Someone have a good product?

OxiClean - just make a little paste with hot water & let it sit for a few minutes. Then just rinse - no streaks, no residue - just a nice clean tub.

You can get it at Walmart too. It works wonders also in the laundry, carpets - just about everything

It may sound too simple, but I got a great tip when reading from the Queen of Clean. She suggest heating up white vinegar in the microwave and spraying and cleaning the tub. It seems to work great for me!

Car Wax!

This may sound crazy, but my mother waxes her fiberglass shower! (Not the floor of course) but it shines the tub right up and the water rolls right off!! It takes a little bit of time, but well worth it in the end.

I did something similar with the shower enclosure in my bathroom (just the walls, not the floor!). I really hate having to clean them & I don't like those spray on cleaners, so I just wiped them down with a little Rain-X. Now I can just spray them down with a little water after each shower and they stay nice & clean.

I just saw this really cool thing my SIL bought for the tiles in her bathroom...it's called a "scumbuster." It's a scrubber that is battery operated and has a bumpy pad to clean the tiles and a bristle brush to use on the faucets. I hate to do the tiles, so I am going to go buy one. Looks like an easy solution. Just thought I'd mention it to you guys.

I use Clorox. You can get an old spray bottle and mix clorox and water and spray the walls or sides of the tub. You can also fill the tub with water and add clorox. I also pour it in the comode and it does wonders with little or no work.
