here is the letter i just wrote them:

"Apparently it was a total WASTE OF MY TIME to do your survey. The
page when I we to it said "Fill out survey for a coupon for a free
ricola product." The coupon IS NOT FREE if I have to pay 33 cents
for it! That would make it 66 cents, plus you can subtract the time
it took me to fill out the survey (I get paid $15.00/hr) - about 10
minutes which at my rate of pay would be $2.50, which the way I see
it, you owe me $ 2.83. Now, since you are not offering to send me
out the coupon, I not only am awaiting a check for $2.83 from you, I
am also requiring an explanation and apology!!!! I have scratched
you off my "buy from" list for life, and I do not doubt you will have
a lot more FORMER customers after you sent out this letter!!
Thank you for your time. Please have my check in the mail by
12/15/00, I would like to spend it on your competitors products!!"

FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I HAVE HEARD THAT YOU ARE A VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY AND ABIDE BY RULES AND GUIDELINES THAT YOU SET FORTH. I HAVE MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT HAVE BOUGHT PRODUCTS FROM YOU. I UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO PUT A STOP TO THAT!!!!! I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW A COMPANY OF YOUR SIZE AND REPUTATION WOULD PUT ON THE INTERNET A SURVEY AND AS A REWARD RECEIVE A COUPON FOR A FREE PRODUCT, AND THEN TURN AROUND AND ACTUALLY HAVE ENOUGH NERVE TO SUBMIT AN EMAIL LIKE THE ONE YOU DID TO ME! I WOULD HAVE TO SEND A SASE FOR A COUPON FOR 1.00 OFF???? THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU STATED! NO THANK YOU, I DO NOT WANT YOUR COUPON NOR YOUR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...I WILL TELL ALL ABOUT WHAT A SCAM YOU JUST PUT ON ME! YOU CAN TAKE ME OFF YOUR FUTURE MAILING LISTS AND KNOW THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS.

GOOD E-MAIL LISA. YOU SURE WERE A LOT KINDER THAN I WAS! I HOPE THEY RECONSIDER MAKING EVERYONE SEND A SASE AND SEND THE COUPON TO EVERYONE! (I THINK IM LIVING IN A DREAM WORLD). now that I see everyone elses posts, I regret deleting my email because I was so p****d off. I got the same response from some grandpas cake sample too; unfortunately I deleted that one too (and could not retrieve it). Anyone have that address by chance?? I also ordered a free cassette adapter for your car from audible .com back in August. I have emailed many times about it. I keep getting the same runaround.....this offer is for customers who purchased a player from us. Did not say that on the site when I ordered it. What's a person to do??
