JALINA, DID YOU JUST TRY AND FILL OUT THE FORM? BECAUSE THEY MET THEIR QUOTA FOR NOVEMEBER....THE ORIGINAL POST ON TOP SAYS IT STARTS BACK UP DECEMBER 1ST...HAVE TO WAIT TILL THEN TO GET THE TOOTHBRUSH!
