Your Opinion Counts checks BOUNCE!

I read on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] that many of the Your Opinion Counts $2 checks are bouncing. I haven't cashed mine yet out of pure lazyness. But use caution with this one. Mine is going in the trash.

Mine bounced last week too!The bank charged me ten bucks too!I was shocked I didn't know what tell the hubby.Let me know if anyone hears anything.Thanks!

Oh no, I just cashed mine. Don't know if it bounced yet. Will have to call my bank. That sucks that your bank charged you $10 for a $2 check.

I cashed one a couple of weeks ago...I haven't heard anything yet, but if I do, you can count on me getting reimbursed for any charges I may incur..for any of you who have already been charged, you should do the same. I don't know how to contact them because I haven't went to their site yet, but maybe there's a tele # you could call?!? Good luck to all of us!

Deposited mine last Sat., 11-25-00.
clears in 5-7 bus.days.
Should clear Fri.-Tue. 12-01-00 to 12-05-00.
Fortunately, only $5.oo ret.chk.fee at my bank.
I'll know next week!!!!!!!

I should have a check coming for about $6. It hasn't come, but if it does, I'll try walking into the bank and cashing it....I honestly didn't think they would come. Afterall, doing the surveys with no real website to check your account, info on the company, etc......

I cashed mine quite a while ago and haven't heard anything from the bank about it as far as bouncing. I think it's been long enough now that if it were going to do that it would have by now. But thanks for the heads up. Nice to be forewarned for just in case!

I deposited mine on the 21st & it went through without a problem. I just called my sister & it looks like they didn't have enough money to go around though, because she deposited her check on the 23rd & it bounced (her bank was nice & didn't charge her anything for the bounced check since this was the first time anything she'd deposited in over 10 years bounced).

I'm going to move this over to General Chit Chat though so more people can see this! The only way I'd risk cashing one of their checks would be to walk into a branch of their bank so that I would be sure that the money was in the account to pay me.
