Read on another board you can request up to 9 sample kits. Has anyone tried after hours? Maybe there is a voice mail.

I just called at 11:11 PM EST..and spoke to a "live" person. Very nice customer service people. The Starter kit is one vitamin, they are sending me 4 starter kits (4 vitamins).
