I got this already in the mail last week and by the package it has ginseng, chromium and angelica in it and i think it is for energy. I cant say how it works because the pills I got were all broke in package. I also got a order form with it and it looks like you can buy this stuff by the case hehehe I should with 4 kids I need the energy lol.

I love this stuff...gotta buy a bottle of it! One of the formulations has CoQ10 in it too, and vitamin C? My heart doc would scream but I don't take more than half a pill, usual dosage is 2 or 3 I think? But it really gives me some desperately needed energy. Think I will send off for some samples...

I think this brand is safer than the other "energy" type pills but you gotta be careful with all of them...read the ingredients...guarana and muahang (sp?) can be really dangerous, BE CAREFUL!!!
