I don't like this... the questions are geared toward kids filling them out.. and very personal.
"whats your name?"
"whats your phone number?"
"what are your hobbies?"

I know they probably need this for "market research", and I don't mean to be an alarmist... but this IS the net... and its not worth it!

Heck, I can print out "business cards" for my neice myself.

i actually did this for myself, but i can see your concern if a kid was doing it-i didn't mind for myself.

I think its fine, you can type "e-mail please" in the phone field and it says they use this info to print the business cards. You can pretty much make up anything in all the fields! (except name & address if you want to get these!) cfam
