well, it's a long story, but to make it short, i ordered a bunch of "free" samples from them. a couple days later, i recieved an email saying i'd have to pay for them since it was over 7.00 (it was actually pretty expensive since i had ordered a couple bigger things) . i immediately wrote them back and told them to cancel all sample orders. i never heard back from them, and yesterday recieved two samples from them. i wrote them a email AGAIN, and told them i was upset that they didn't cancel my sample orders, and that i certainly wasn't going to pay for them after i told them to cancel.
well, when i tried to send that email, it wouldn't work! it's been trying for 4 hours to send it! the strangest part is, i REPLIED to the charge email they sent me! so how could it not work? then, i tried to call their number (which is not even a 1-800 number), and it says "phone number you are trying has been disconnected, no longer in service". what happened? all of a sudden the company just vanished? and what am i supposed to do with the samples i've received? i don't want to pay to ship them back, and i'm so confused! i'm wondering if they are some sort of scam! i mean, what kind of company has an email & phone # that doesn't work?
i'm sorry this is so long, but i'm really confused and could use any advice. thanks!

Mgirlsolo......I am keeping my fingers crossed that they don't have your cc#!! As long as they don't have it,don't lose any sleep over this. They will send for their merchandise IF they want it back!!!

thanks for the 800 number, i'm gonna call them tomorrow and tell them to cancel the stuff. what a hassle! oh well. i hope the cs is nice about it

Mgirlsolo..I rec'd the pen from them today. I even accessed their website...all is not lost!!!
P.S....I got the pen...my daughter BEGGED for the plastic cylinder that it came in. We are both happy with our new freebies!!!
