I;m not sure about Allegra, but if you call 1-877-380-3669 (toll free) to request a copy of Zyrtec's rebate offer - After you get the rebate information return your perscription receipt with the survey you find in the information package with the rebate offer. They will send you a check in the mail. Hope that helps.
