Sweet Iris, I got the relax and renew kits, altho they r nice, the are NOT worth almost 30.00 each, I made a mistake when ordering and gave them my credit card, when I didn't recieve a set, they had already charged my card and then they said it would take over a moth to credit it..Its now been 9 weeks, their lame excuse was oops someone didn't do it..ALso if u don't want the second kit, just give it back to the mailman unopened..No return postage..

Hi, I'm new, but I wanted to share this about returning packages. If you call the company and tell them you want to return their package and request that they send you a postage paid return label, they will!! I have never had a company tell me they don't have them! I have returnrd things to craft companies, etc. This is especially handy when they send the free trial and the "next one" in the same box, because once you have opened it, the post office doesn't like to return it to the sender free!

It is a good tip to call and ask for a return label, but I have had companies deny this to me. I ask anyway though.

I rec'd this in the mail earlier this afternoon. The invoice offered two options 1)$5.95 for 1 kit shipment @ a time or 2) $3.50 if you want 2 kit shipments @ a time.....which means that you are saving on the shipping cost.
So...what I am not understanding,is....I wrote a check for the $3.50 which was for the free kit, and the first kit. SOOOOOOO.....when I get kits 2&3, am I just going to owe 2x$3.50=$7.00???? If this is the case, I think I'll splurge and treat myself to this club. I guess I'll have to wait to see what the mail carrier brings next time. It is a really nice kit. I was rather impressed!!!

Thanks Kayemjay...I put my glasses on, and "Yes" it is $5.45 for the free kit and #1 kit. I will check out numbers 3&4 before I commit myself to this...see if they are worth the $14.95+s/h.

About the shipping envelopes- yes ask- If they want the product back more often then not they will send mailer.
