Another way to spend those Sharper Image GC

Here's the info I got from CS. I asked if I could use the GC for auction items--now HERE'S where you go to find cheap stuff! Really fun, too! Better than fleabay!!

Winning bids are automatically billed to the credit card provided in the registration, but you can use a certificate after processing.

After you receive your merchandise, you may call our Customer Service Department. One of our representatives will instruct you to mail the certificate and the packing slip to him/her. Once the certificate and packing slip have been received, your certificate will be redeemed and the amount credited to your credit card.

**I then emailed him and asked about GC codes. Here's his reply:

Dear Sharper Image Customer:
We would need to do research on the certificate number to see if they have not been redeemed on any other order. You can call our customer service department 1-800-344-555 to have this done over the phone.

I'm so glad! I have a GC for $10 and another for $25! At the auction site, I can get several Christmas gifts for free!!

Can you stack the $10 GC from getafreegift? My sil and I both have one and would like to combine it for a gift for mom?

I think I will pass on this one ........ I got what I needed. I do not think they will auction stuff for under 10.00 so I will not be able to pay shipping with GC. I do not want to pay shipping.

Just to let you know--there are things that are auctioned for less than $10. I bought a cute desk basketball game for $6 at auction--will make a great free Christmas game for a nephew!
