Filled out form and went to submit and all that was there was a
reset button...boo hoo..oh well

happened to me too, I think it's a scam to get people to thier site

Didn't work for me either, BUT.......

I went thru the "back door" and went to EMAIL US.... copied all info they posted, quoted them, so to say, and then copied/pasted MY info in there.

ALSO, gave them a big thanks for their posting for a FREE PEN. Hope it works. LOL
