i got one from a differant company and it was an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie that was sweetened with figs&prunes and was very high in fiber my mom ate it said it was very filling tasted ok more like a healthfood bar in taste than a cookie but it had a bathroom effect. that one had a good vitamin level i will go look for the nutrition info and so what it says about this one.
