I got this freebie about 2 years ago. It's not bad - mine was a magnet that you write your family member's names, doctor(s) name, allergies, etc & then leave on the fridge for the babysitter. There were similar ones placed on our doors this year from the fire dept. requesting that everyone have them filled out in case of emergencies so that it could give the information to an emergency crew if you were not able to.

Oh.. the advice comes in the form of spam mail and it's very easy to get off the list.
