Test Drive Terms and Conditions

On-line registration required to participate in test-drive offer. Test-drive vouchers limited. A total of 1,000 $30 certificates redeemable at Amazon.com will be available. Test-drive vouchers will be distributed through 10/9/00 or until all vouchers have been distributed (whichever comes first). Offer valid only while supplies last. If all vouchers have been distributed prior to the promotion end date, notice thereof will be posted at corresponding Lexus web site.

To receive your $30 certificate, you must test-drive a new IS300 at a participating Lexus dealer (Participating Dealers located in the following states - ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, DE, PA, MD, VA, WV) between 9/8/00 and 10/9/00. On-line registration with a valid e-mail address required. Only original vouchers will be honored (those printed from our specific URL after being completed and submitted on-line). Test-drive voucher must be fully completed, signed, and validated by participating dealer by 10/9/00 and postmarked by 10/30/00. Voucher is non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash. Test drive required. Only person receiving promotional e-mail or direct mail piece can qualify and only one qualified person per household can receive the certificate. Limit one test-drive voucher per person or household. Test driver must be at least 18 years of age and present valid driver's license. This test-drive offer cannot be combined with any other promotional test-drive offer. Void where prohibited. Offer only valid to U.S. residents. Lexus reserves the right to terminate, modify or postpone this test-drive offer at any time and within its sole discretion.
