Attention Non-Motorcyclists: - It has come to our attention that our Emergency Info Tag offer has been featured on several "Freebies" Web sites, with suggestions that it would be good for children, hikers, runners, and so forth. I am sure that all of these groups and more would benefit from having handy emergency information such as provided on our tags. However, we are a small company - three people - and while we want to be generous, we simply can't afford to provide these cards in unlimited numbers. If we have too many requests that appear to be from non-motorcyclists, we will have to withdraw this offer.

If you are a motorcyclist, please feel free to request one of these tags for yourself, and for members of your family that are frequent passengers of yours. If you are not a motorcyclist, we encourage you to carry this type of information on your person - but understand that the point behind this tag is to provide quick emergency information for riders. Motorcycle accidents can be very devastating, and having a waterproof, colorful tag to attract the attention of emergency personnel could save a life. Please understand the importance of this, and do not request tags for non-motorcyclists - we would hate to have to end this program due to unmanageable costs.

For Non-Motorcyclists:

Identification Tags are a really great idea for reasons listed above, and I think these folks are provided an awesome service (being very close to several motorcyclists, I understand that they sometimes need all the help they can get to stay 'safer'! )

To make your own - Type or print important information, including contact information, allergies (especially to medicines or anesthetia), etc. on brightly colored thin cardboard or stiff cardstock. If you don't have access to a laminator, cover with clear packing tape and affix with a strong rubber band or cord to the jacket or pack of the active person you love.
