PAGES LOADED A LITTLE SLOW FOR ME?!?!
First page asks for an authorization code- type in 75431. Second page is the "general" information requirements..the 3rd page is the survey..one of the questions aks if you are the sole decision maker...etc..just say yes, otherwise you'll have to offer more info for the following question...I can see the lightning strikes now..whoa! Hee hee! Only time I get to play a professional is when doing some of the freebie forms..lol!
