In the hospital that I work in you DON'T need to bring a coupon.....they always give the bag for free and it's really nice

When I had my son in '99 (at UVA), I brought the coupon with me but never needed it. They gave me the diaper bag and goodies without it. Definitely is a great freebie!

Depending on the hospital, you will need the coupon and may even receive 2 diaper bags this way!! When I was expecting my second daughter my OB/GYN office gave me a coupon from enfamil for the free bag. When I gave birth to my daughter, the hospital supplied all new mothers with a bag from Similac. Because I had my coupon I received the Similac one PLUS the one from enfamil.

When I had my daughter, they didn't carry the Enfamil bags in the hospital! I wanted it so badly because we did Gillian's room in Peter Rabbit and I had gotten the mini cosmetic bag at Babies 'R Us when we registered. I even emailed Enfamil and asked them if they would send me one and they said no! Shoot! I wish there was a way I could get one! LOL

My hospital didnt offer either of the bags, enfamil OR similac. I ended up calling the 800 number for both (I was a part of ther baby clubs, Welcome Addition and I cant remember the one for Enfamil.) ANd Similac did everything by phone and I got one within a month, you can even specify if you want the formula bag or the bag for breastfeeders. With Enfamil, when I called they had me write in a request for it. Maybe you got a bad CS rep? Call again and see. Maybe if you joined the enfamil baby club you would get it cause that's how I got them to mail me mine.
