Just wanted to let everyone know that this site is for a reputable hospital here in Houston. I should know...I had a $10,000 knee reconstruction done at Methodist in June! So, dammit, they better send me that durn massager. Heck, they've gotten enough of my money, what's a piece of wood gonna cost 'em??!!

In the last few days you took a survey about a healthcare website that was to involve a back massager as an incentive.

This survey is not a live survey and there is no incentive offered. The survey had been posted (through an invitation on the hospital site) for the hospital's customers only and might be again in the future. But it has not been live for many months.

We don't know how the link to the survey was inadvertently posted to sites offering free merchandise.
