Same here...when I got the error page I clicked on their homepage address and couldn't find anything about a survey or a t-shirt. Too bad...this would have been a cool t-shirt to have

I took the word "survey" off the url and searched the site. The only tee shirt is the one they're selling for $19.95. Cute shirt but not worth the bucks.
