looking for a good deal on a personal fax machine.I would like to get one for as little as possible.

I don't know about any deals on fax machines, but there is a cool free fax thing you can sign up for. Its [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]
and they give you a free fax number and you get the faxes sent right to your e-mail. Its better than excite's fax because the fax number is just like a regular one, so you don't have to give any long drawn out instructions to the person who's faxing.
(And you can send faxes through it, too.)
