THanks, I have seen a couple of sample surveys that are the same. There must be a generic one written out there for everyone to use.

God, I love this stuff. Got the samples, and now I want to go buy it. But it is expensive. 17.00 to 20.00 a bottle, depending on your store.

thx..these turn out to be great for traveling in my cosmetic bag and take up very little room...its hard to find the quality products in a "sample size" to take on the road!!!
