I did this about 6 weeks ago. I got my gc promptly but they do charge you before the free trial is up. I canceled mine and they credited my card. Good customer service.

canceled after i got the GC, watch out, my CC got charged $1 for some reason but they credited me back, i know it's only $1 but i never authorized that charge
