Can anyone help me with JABOOM?

I just signed up for Jaboom and downloaded the media player but when I get into the surveys, I don't hear any music. I can't figure this out at all and have no idea what I am doing wrong. I found the media player and opened it up but can't figure out how to get it to work with JABOOM! Is there some secret to this-I'm kind of a newbie to all of this free music stuff!

Isn't that frustrating? I had the same problem. I ended up just using my husband's computer to do jaboom b/c I still can't get it to work on mine. (I suppose I could ask him but that would be too easy, eh?).

I hope someone answers your question b/c I'd like to know too!

The media player did not work on my computer either but I downloaded the the free real player and that worked.

Weepy - sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. I have no explanation for this, except that I think that its a bug in their site. One song will play the music and the next won't. Its very frustrating.

I have the same problem. I just rate it anyway if I can't hear it. Sometimes they give me a warning that my rating is random but I get the points. I have E-mailed Jaboom twice but no reply yet. It will sometimes work if you skip to the next song.
