Worked for me just now! My daughter ordered one of these for her cat and it was a pretty nice freebie. We just got a new kitten so I thought I'd try to get one for her, also.

These are very nice tags...however it is limited to one per address...I think they may recognize IP's though as after I ordered mine (a while ago), I tried to order one for my mom's dog, different address and even state...it wouldn't let me...just a head's up...this is again a great tag though and you might want to pass it along via email to other pet owners...that way they can get one too...
