I filled out form, said I "won" a box of hair color, and it says for me to expect to receive in 2-3 weeks! Watch out gray hairs!!!

I've been trying to get in for two weeks , and all I ever get is the page, but with errors on it. I can get the name of the color I want, but it will not put it in the box like it says it will. And it won't let me put it in manually either. And I really neded this, to cover those rotten grays. LOL!!!
