| I go in spurts with my bread machine. I don't think I have used it in at least 2 months now. We have a French bakery within 2 miles of the house, so I go there for fresh bread quite often. It is only good the day you purchase it, though. Maybe these recipes will inspire me to make a loaf at home. It goes really fast when I make one, so never have to worry about "keeping fresh"...
