Looks like I am getting my free cereal after all!

I received the same notice as everyone else about the cancelled order from mycereal.com. I was angry because they said that I had gotten the code off of dealofday. Actually, I was reminded to go there, with a code, from another board. I posted how I did this on Sunday, but I posted no code. For me, the code showed up all on its own after I got a new password. I emailed them and told them how unhappy I was that I had been accused of basically "stealing" a code when their site had put it in for me. I asked for a reply. Today, I got a confirmation of shipment, along with a Fedex tracking number. I tracked it and it said it had indeed been shipped yesterday at 8 pm. I take this as confirmation of shipment. Did anyone else get anything like this? I guess I'll know if it is for real in 2 days, when Fedex promises to have it here!

i have not ordered more cereal just the one order back when it was first posted.i am glad that it looks like you will get yours.i am sure others got that letter when they did not know there was a limit.it is not nice to accuse everyone of trying to pull a fast one on them.

When the free cereal came out a few months ago I got one. Last week when the new code was posted I signed up for another cereal in my husbands name. It came up at owing $0 and told me I would get it in 2 days. I then got the Email most of you did saying they were NOT sending it. Then yesterday I got the confirmation that they sent it and gave me a Fedex tracking number. I checked it out and it looks like they did send it. I didn't write them to complain when they first canceled because I had already gotten a free one. Now I will just wait and see if it does come :-) Good luck to the rest of you. Maybe some of us still might get it.

I got an email from General mills inviting me to come to their site for cereal. Only they have changed it from free to $5 off. So sad I really wanted to try this. My order still came up $5.93 with $4.00!!!! for shipping. Oh well. Here's the message, I took out the link and code so I don't get in trouble.
