I received a voucher today that you are supposed to take with you when you meet with your advisor. He fills it out and forwards it. The voucher came in the mail. I had the same experience someone mentioned, of the advisor having no clue about the Gift Certificate from Home Depot. I think this can be straightened out. I am taking or mailing my voucher to the Financial Advisor tomorrrow. Will let you know how this works out. Anyway you should all be receiving this voucher in your snail mail.

I submitted my information via the online form about a week ago and haven't heard from them. Next, I called directly to set something up and gave them my work number to contact me. That was 3 days ago. How long did it take for somebody to contact you? The lady on the phone who took my information said that the advisor would be given my info plus the code that I was to get the Home Depot card. First she said that I'd get it at the meeting. I read her what the form said, about it being mailed in 2 to 3 weeks after the meeting, and then she said...'oh'. So next she says that a voucher will go to the advisor. Sounded like she didn't know what was going on. This was the second person I talked to to set up an appt, the first representative didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I even offered to read the website url for the offer to her, but no deal. I hope this works because I really want a Home Depot gift card!
