I got to the form the first time and when I went back to see if the form was there, I could not find it. Hope this one works for all of you.

clicking link takes me to the site but no free sample offer..browsed the site looking for it but only found the loyalty club where you buy 4 and send in proof of purchase and they send you a coupon for one free...

but when i copied and pasted the link it took em to free sample offer.

I copied and pasted the link, but I can't find where to get the free sample. What do I click on after the page loads?

I agree with the others...there is no order form when you copy/paste the link and I searched the site to no avail. I don't understand why it comes up for some and not others.
