There isn't a box (any longer) that says about mascara - the only boxes available say:

Penn I noticed did not ask about it either but nce I clicked, it di say your mascara will arrive in 8 to 10 weeks

There is no box, but if you look on the left side after you submit it, it says your free 2 week sample should arrive in 6-8 weeks. Apparently you get the sample regardless now =) Thank you!

I just checked, and the view I have is of a detailed form that does indeed ask for address. etc.

Yes, but when I filled out my info. (twice), it gave the above error. It didn't process.
