Shocked

I'm bumping this because their donation total is decreasing. They need more people to click on this very worthy cause, and it just takes seconds (and it's FREE!) to save a child from dying of hunger. All you parents out there, think how awful it would be to watch your child die of hunger, and to feel that no one in the world cared! If you haven't already, please check this site out!

bump...I've been doing this for well over a year now, only takes a few seconds to contribute to a worthy cause. They send occasional emails with special offers to those who visit regularly, I've actually gotten some really good deals.

Thumbs up Free for others--help!

I know I regularly come on here and put up these sites, but I hope some new users will get the "five click a day" habit!!

You begin by going to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] (I keep it "bookmarked" or in my "favorites"...however your system stores such things).
Once there, you click on their button to donate food...you can click once each day.
When the screen changes to their "Thank you" screen, click on your "back" button and at the top of the original hunger site page, you will see 4 more tabs.....cancer site (a click there helps provide free mammograms), feed a child site, save a rain forest site and a help an animal shelter type site.

You can go to any or all of the other sites from those tabs to donate. I have it down to a science where it takes me less than a minute to do all of them...just waiting for the "TU" screen, hit "back" and click on the next site I want to visit.

If I haven't made all this sound too complicated......please take a bit of time during this blessed season to do something for others....It's all free!!!

Thanks, pooncat, for getting back on the "band wagon" for these sites!!
As you said, I used to do it...then slid away..not sure why....
Am getting into the habit now and it's almost a guilt trip these days if I get on and off the web w/o going to these sites!
I trust they are truly doing what they said they are....

Wonderful hoildays to all!!

BTW, pooncat....I, too, was transplanted to SC...many years ago..from the San Francisco area. My dad was sent to Chas. via the Navy. Twas quite a culture shock....but did end up spending a big part of my life in the Chas. area and still love to go back to visit...and walk those most fantastic beaches!!
Enjoy!!!

Yes...a BIG thanks from me too. If you hang around one of the sites long enough, there'll be a link so you can see what the previous day's clicks helped provide/fund. It really is neat...and "costs" us just a wee bit of time!!

DOD is the best!!
