So far... you get the following entertaining email [read the very last sentence of the "confidentiality notice"; it's hilarious]:

Dear Prospective Client, We've received your information and you can rest assured that our highly skilled paralegals are assessing your situation now. If we feel that your claim is lucrative, a representative from our firm may contact you to discuss the next steps. Thank you.

I keep getting "Invalid Entry" even though I filled it out correctly.

I noticed that when I used an auto form filler, it read the email address line as the last name line and was giving me a submission error, so make sure you aren't doing that, or it won't let you submit it.
