Same here - and I tried it twice with different emails and still nothing about a two week membership. Do we bring in a copy of the email to Curves for the 2 week membership?

As a past employee of a Curves... Here's how they used to do these kind of deals.

You take your 2 week coupon into your local Curves and they give you their sales pitch... With the 2 week coupon you generally get the 2 free weeks OR a reduced monthly rate if you sign up for their Check Draft 1 year membership. Either way, that's usually how you get the promo item.
Curves are franchises and are given certain guidelines to follow, however in my experience, the owners taylor the promos to fit their clubs.
