I guess there's no harm in filling out the first form since it doesn't ask for an e-mail or phone number, but I don't trust the second part asking for my e-mail and the e-mail of 3 friends. I saw a similar offer on craigslist for a free usb desk lamp [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and it just seems to me like a new scam for collecting e-mail addresses. I could be wrong
