Found a site offering latest online coupon codes and other freebies

Hi,
I just happened to browse to (URL DELETED) and found a lot of cool freeibes there including online coupon codes, free frequent flyer miles, free samples, rental car deals, online banking and brokerage deals, baby freebies, etc. I was impressed. Thought I would share it with you. Have a nice day.

I don't mind when another member legitimately points out another site. We rarely delete such posts. However, when a person comes to our site, giving the appearance that they "found" another site, when it is blatant self-promotion, I hit the buzzer.

Are we afraid of some healthy competition, is it not the purpose of this site to promote offers and deals to all and point people to where they can get them. Are we feeling a bit insecure today?

Deal of day is my site of choice, dont be afraid and if another site is better than this one, I hope it will encourage you to enhance this one, though I have not seen a site even as good as Dela of Day as of yet.

Why should DOD give free advertising to other sites?? There are lots of places to do that and this board is supposed to be for individuals to post freebies they have found to help each other, not a space to advertise for free your own site!

Hmmm.. the name of the site is "*********". Your name is "*********". The url has "*****" in it. So does your email address. If this is not self-promotion, I don't know what is.

We are not afraid of competition. We frequently allow urls such as mycoupons.com, ******************, and many others, so far as allowing threads on this topic. It is only when I see the appearance of deception that my hackles get raised.
