I can definetly say that this one does come in the form of a birthday postcard/coupon in the mail, just take it into your local Cold Stone Creamery store for your gift! I didn't get a chance to use mine last year, but to be sure I get one this year I signed up again.

I signed my Mom up for this the end of January. Today is her birthday and she got the coupon in her email.

It is not a BOGO coupon. It is completely free. My mother just got her coupon on March 17th and got her free ice cream.

My daughter just received her printable coupon via email for what appears to be a coupon for a completely free, not a BOGO, ice cream treat.

I got mine also by email for a "free" item. However, I was at my daughter's for vacation and she was out of printer ink--so I wasn't able to print it. I think it was only good for a week, so I didn't get to use mine. Oh, well, maybe next year.

I work there. It's completely free. Some stores may ask you to prove your birthday, but mine doesnt. As long as you have the coupon printed out, you get a free Love It Signature Creation.
