Here is my thinking of this. I have been hunting many times in my life and everything I have shot has been in front of me. I mean you don't kill deer or quail by shooting blindly over your shoulder. So with that being said the 78 year old man had to be in front of Cheney when he pulled the trigger. How do you not see a 78 year old man standing in front of you? The media said Cheney had a drink during lunch maybe that affected his vision. This is a bizarre thing to happen, but to me it just seems hardly an accident.
