This is a great company. I had signed up for their free sample and catalog a few weeks ago, when it arrived, poor mailing procedures meant that their letter and catalog arrived, but the sample had fallen out long before it ever made it to my mailbox. Anyway, I sent them an email telling them I appreciated their letter saying to enjoy my sample, but it would be even more enjoyable had it been in there. I also told them I worked for a site with over 100,000 members, and I like to compliment companies that are good to deal with and come through with their promises. Well, they jumped on it, and immediately sent me a new catalog with sample, and this time they made sure to staple it all together so nothing would be lost. Great CSR with this company, just to worry so much about making someone happy with a sample!
