Re: Pathmark has Swiffer sample

Thanks for the post.

The last time that samples of Swiffer Dusters were posted on the boards, there were misunderstandings and confusion about it, I received questions via email and pms, plus several posts were made by members who didn't understand and thought they would still have to buy the starter pack, so I wanted to also include some basic information here, in hopes we can avoid that and make sure everyone understands.

When you receive these sample packs, they contain 1 of the handle things that you need to use the dusters, and (depending on who is offering them) 1 or 2 of the dusters so you can try it out.

If you like the Swiffer Dusters after you try them from your sample pack, there is NO NEED to buy the starter kit when you want to use it some more, unless you want the one with the extendable handle.

The handle in the sample package is the same exact one that you get in the regular sized Swiffer Dusters starter pack!!! The only difference between this sample pack and the starter kit you can pick up at your local store for around $10, is the amount of the duster cloths that are in there!

There is no difference in the size, type, quality, or even color, of the regular handle you get in the starter pack, you just get a few more of the cloths. (When I bought one of the Extendable handled ones, it came with 5 cloths, and I had to get it since I cannot climb around or bend down, to dust in certain spots.)

So, instead of having to waste that money on a starter kit, because you like the way they dust (and they are awesome!) you can just put the money towards a refill package.

Like I said, unless you want the one with the extendable handle, you are all set.

And hey, if different companies keep offering these free samples, you can probably go quite awhile without having to even spend the money on refills! LOL!

Sorry if this is a little long, but the post just reminded me of the comments and questions that resulted from the last sample postings. In one post, a member had even said they had checked the price on the starter kit, couldn't afford to spend what the store wanted, and thus would have to live with the samples for awhile.

Question Re: free tums ultra

Is there a different url to get this?

the calciuminfo.com site says "click here to print coupons for Tums and Oscal", but when you mouse over, it says click here for free samples while supplies last"

for the Oscal sample I got redirected to coolsavings after filling out a survey and got this
"We're sorry. You've printed all of our currently available offers, but please check back soon"

and for the Tums offer I got "You already requested a sample. Your request is currently being processed."

Re: free tums ultra

DITTO eaparham. I received the exact same messages and I know, I didn't sign-up for a sample of either offer, because I keep a log.

If other members experience the same, please post a note here, so that we can close this thread, if necessary. No point in anyone getting frustrated or wasting their time. That was not the OP's intention.

Re: free tums ultra

I checked the main site, there aren't any current sample offers, so I am closing this.
