From the information that they parroted back to me, it seems they may be using telephone records. My husband's name is on the phone bill and it is under his old first name before he had it legally changed last year. That is the information that they gave me when they asked if I was calling from my home phone.

The address they had for me was wrong so I had to say my address. When they said it back, the house numbers sounded wrong so I said no that isn't right and finally they recorded my name and address with spelling. I hope I get it! It just so happens that I need bleach right now!! LOL Thanks for the post!

They also had my address too. Thing is the phone bill comes in my name, but they had my husband's name. Works for me. Too bad they didn't have my name I would of liked to see how they pronounced it. Wrong I'm sure
