Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it. Personally, I believe that we do not need meat -- after all, there are millions of healthy and strong vegetarians in the world. Whole foods have many health benefits. For example, they contain more nutrients and fiber than processed foods. The nutrients in whole foods are also better assimilated by the body.
