What do you use to fight colds and flu?

What's your routine when you come down with something? I try to drink plenty of water. I'll also be adding the Kleenex Antiviral Tissues to my arsenal since they trap and kill the flu bug in the tissue itself. Nothing I hate more than being sick

Speaking of colds...its been a week now...and I can't make it go away no matter what. But on the other hand today is a little bit better than the other days. Hopefully its leaving my system now.

I do also take lots of water during that time, actually i was unaware before until i was convinced by my GF, well nowadays it helps much..
