Well, I just go on a perfect diet. Less carb, less fat, fruits and a lot of water. I also do exercise regularly hit the gym like three to four times a week.

It's a must for me or I get depressed -- emotional fitness so tied to physical fitness, so-o-o-- low fat, low sugar, flavored water (water, cucumbers, lemons) to drink all day and *work out faithfully.* Working out used to be a problem because I got so bored! Now I use the NextFit Keychain Trainer ( [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] ) and have my choice of personal trainers right at home or at the gym. I can vary workouts depending on my mood - from Pilates to mind/body work to running or weights or stretch or---! It's new and very cool -- I found it by accident. Lightning Bolt! |

Stretch before you train, and warm up before you stretch. While there is a wide variety of exercise equipment for use at the gym or home, but unless the equipment and/or workout routines are appropriately applied, the results may not be effective. Drink plenty of water. You should be drinking 6 to 8 glasses per day. Add fiber to your diet and cut down your intake of the bad carbs. Foods such as white bread, pastas, potatoes, and white rice should be limited. Eat brown rice and whole wheat bread instead. To get that needed fiber increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables.
