Get your christmas shopping done early, so you don't have to go to malls when they're really busy

Shopping smart is a great tip! I also like the idea of setting a budget and sticking to it. I am trying hard to do that this year! Have you done that with any luck?

There's going to some stress no matter what, of course (esp with houseguests!). I just make sure I get my power walk in and I can handle anything!

Its true , i totally agree with the quote, its better to be a bit early than to run for shopping and getting stressed at the last moment

I hate shopping on the last moment, go and shop as soon as you can so that we can chose the best for us.

I completely agree! I shopped smart this year and didn't really feel any stress (yet)! senatorgran - I agree with you about the house guests but I keep reminding myself to take care of myself and do some soul searching and I will be fine!! Have a great holiday!

Daily exercise can keep all the stress away so do exercise daily.

That is great! Thanks! How did everyone here survive the holidays! I did exercise regularly and followed the tips to stay calm and remember what the holidays are all about! It was great and I enjoyed all of it!
