P90X is a great program to get in shape, it tricks your muscles so that they continue working hard each time you work out

I've been looking into it myself, but it's soo intense! I'm not sure I could keep up.

I used it too, some crazy stuff. I can never get through the abs workout. Found some good deals on these at amazon
