You know you really don't need to stick to low fat recipes (since a lot of these don't taste good). What you can also do is create food/meals that don't have a lot of oil and salt in it. Add lots of fruits and vegetables to your diet. But do avoid root crops as they tend to have less water content, which your body needs more. Stock up on fruits and vegetables that have lots of water content, like water, grapes, watermelon, etc. Instead of snacking on junk food (which has a lot of sodium in it), snack on fruits. These fruits taste great, are healthy and helps you detoxify naturally.
