Calorie Counter Website

My-calorie-counter.com

I found this great site. You keep a journal of your activity and you daily meals. You enter your age, weight, gender and a target weight. It calculates how many calories you should take in in a day. There are all kinds of tools at your disposal, such as:

*a calorie calculator
*recipes with nutrition info.
*Exercise search that tells how many calories an activity burns
and much more.

I have never been organized enough to stick to a meal plan for long.http://forums.dealofday.com/images/smilies/pancakes.gif
However I think this would help keep things real enough to stick with it.
